Viesse handles the production of O-Rings, rubber seals and mould parts in high quality rubber with an accurate raw material selection, high specialized technicians e engineers capable to develop special compounds in order to offer to all customers products accurate to measurement.
All manufacturing steps are semi-automatic, with presence of high-tech machinery and our qualified staff able to follow the best way the phases of “wire drawing”, preserving the compound in order to conserve the compound property, compression molding, technical method which is used to produce all Viesse items and cold manually “deburring or trimming”.
Every single O-Ring, rubber seal or mould part is afterwards undertaken to rectification or adjustment, finishing, post-vulcanization and final parameters checkup.
Viesse is also able to produce rush orders of low quantity, giving priority to the product final quality, executing inspections on every single final product. We use for O-ring stamps with thousands of cavities and inside diameter from 250 up to 1450 millimeters.
